Kim jestem
I'm Matouš. I build websites and I also do graphics, video, and pretty much anything creative that grabs me.
At fifteen I started my own clothing brand. I shut it down myself because I wanted to focus on school. It still taught me things school doesn't. Pricing, marketing, dealing with suppliers, and what it's like to run something of your own from zero.
Almost everything I know is self-taught. Graphics, photography, websites. When something interests me, I learn it and go all in.
I've been through more than 20 countries, and travel is one of the things I enjoy most. New cultures, adapting, seeing the world. It entertains me and it teaches me a lot.

Jak pracuję
I like connecting two things that don't seem to fit at first glance. On one side systems, precision and a clean plan. On the other, a feel for visuals and detail. Detail and abstraction have both pulled me since I was little. I see them as two worlds that work together, not against each other.
I actually think everything in the world is art. It just depends what angle you look from.
I'm drawn to psychology, history, and anything that feels like it gives me something for life. I like understanding how people work and why things happened the way they did.
I build sites so they work right away and still look clean and trustworthy. I work fast, but not sloppy. The system keeps order. I can't stand half-finished work. What I start, I finish.

Co mam za sobą
My own clothing brand, started at fifteen and shut down on purpose because of school.
Four years on the organising team of Třinec Majáles (500+ people).
School-leaving exam in public administration, then all in on web and design.
My own children's book taken to print, a psychology book in progress, Cambridge B2 First.

Poza stronami
Outside of websites I like cars, fitness, fashion, pop and rap culture, photography and video. Love of music took me all the way to making my own tracks and doing the post-production.
I like to travel, write books, and I love series and films. Interior design led to furnishing the whole flat with furniture I designed myself.
I wrote a whole children's book with my own characters and took it all the way to print. Now I'm writing a book about psychology and how people think.
Most things I learn on my own, and I like trying new ones. That's probably the main thing you need to know about me.
