These rules describe what data Matouš Lupienski processes when running this site and handling inquiries. Details that are not in the public record yet are marked [DOPLNIT].

Inquiry
Form data (name, contact, company, company ID if you give it, answers, links, and uploaded files) is processed so I can reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps toward a contract. I keep the data for 12 months after the last contact if no contract follows. Uploaded files are used only to handle the inquiry.
Analytics
If you consent in the cookie bar, Plausible (traffic) may load. Analytics does not run without consent. This site does not use marketing cookies.
Processors
Hosting: Vercel Inc. Email sending: Resend, if it is connected. Analytics: Plausible, only after consent. Some services may process data in the USA under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz). Use the form or [DOPLNIT email] to exercise your rights. I reply within 1 month. Required fields are needed to reply. I cannot handle the inquiry without them. I do not use automated decisions with legal effects.
