Terms
Terms of Matouš Lupienski, company ID [DOPLNIT], address [DOPLNIT] (the “maker”). Valid from [DOPLNIT]. Rules that apply only to consumers are marked.
1. Services
The maker provides design and build of sites, shops, redesigns, new functions, logos, brand work, graphics, and site care. An inquiry on the site is not binding. A contract exists only after an offer is confirmed by email. You do not pay on this site.
2. Price and payment
The price is in the offer, not on this site. Payment can be one-time (50% deposit before start, the rest after handover), in installments, or a 24-month subscription that includes basic care. Installments have no markup for consumers. A numeric price list here is not a commitment.
3. First-draft guarantee
Don't like the first draft? Write to me within 24 hours and I will return all your money. The period runs from the email with the draft. It applies once per job. The client does not keep the draft and may not use it. The refund is within 3 working days.
4. Withdrawal (consumers only)
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving a reason. If the consumer asked for work to start before that period ends and then withdraws, they pay a proportional part for work already done, and the rest is returned within 14 days. After the service is fully performed with the consumer's express consent and knowledge that the right is lost, withdrawal is not available. A business does not have this statutory right. After withdrawal no site licence arises, the site is taken down, and source files are not handed over. The domain and the client's own files stay with the client.
5. Licence
A lasting licence arises only after full payment. For installments, after the last installment. For a subscription, only while it is paid, unless the contract says otherwise.
6. Other
